Every location is blended together by their own distinct building style, environmental makeup, and indigenous culture. This is why not every two destinations are the same!

If you're looking for the perfect spot to go on a trip, wouldn't you want to go to a place filled with the things that remind you of home? While some choose their travel destinations based on places to be and people to see, we propose selecting your next vaca based on your own decor style.

We sorted 8 United States and International escape cities to fit anyone's aesthetic.

Art Deco

What's more flashy and funky than Miami, Florida? If your style is a little out of the norm this city may be the place for you. Miami is a great spot for those interested in observing various methods of street and modern art throughout the city’s varying neighborhoods.

Modern Industrial Minimalist

If you prefer the smooth edge of a clean line, the streets of New York City harbor some of the best minimalist and industrial architecture. While NYC still holds differing charms within each borough, many flock for the modern appeal.

Beachy

From coast to coast, every beach style lover longs for the Pacific Coast. Some of the best beaches in the world are along California’s coastline and Laguna Beach is no exception.

Rustic

If your style is a little more rustic and a whole lot of cozy, Colorado has it all. Go for a cabin rental or a mountainside resort and stay for the outdoor adventure. Breckenridge is a great place to start!

Traditional

Are you a traditionalist at heart? A combination of classic styles can be found in and around Savannah, Georgia. From Georgian Colonial---Federal---Greek Revival---and Gothic Revival style architecture, there is no stone left unturned. Talk about nostalgic!

French Country

The intertwining of earthy tones, old-fashioned materials and a splash of elegance? In an ode to french country appeal, The Hamptons, New York combines it all.

Mid Century Modern

Do you favor the 50s and 60s signature design schemes? History declares Copenhagen, Denmark as a starting point for Danish mid-century modern furniture styles and it’s still alive and well throughout the city.

Bohemian

Those who consider themselves “boho” must go to Marrakesh, Morocco. The streets are filled with touches of avant-garde prints, textures and take home finds. Most famously the eye-catching tile work featured across social media.
